One day, I made a striking observation about my art: every male portrait I had created prominently featured the colour blue. It dawned on me that societal norms had ingrained in me the association of blue with masculinity. Determined to challenge this conditioning, I embarked on a portrait of a man with vibrant shades of pink, traditionally linked with femininity.
I named this portrait 'rebel' as it is rebelling against social constructs.
